SELECTION OF CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES EVENTS SHERRIE

• List given to everyone by Sherri.
• Carrie will be making a flyer for all of the events.
• Scott will find out if the G-A Gallop is a go or not and pass word onto Carrie.
• Scott will send Gallop results to Joe.
• Add the Mattawan Wildcat Classic. Joe will enter it if he can get the results.

• Social Runner of the Year ­ Bonnie Sexton
• Story Contributor of the Year ­ Gale Fischer
• Youth Runner ­ Kyle Downard

• Note ­ it should be OK for board members to nominate individuals.

EVENT & PROGRAM ASSIGNMENTS ALL

• Part of the packet provided by Bonnie.
• Jen is OK with taking the Club Championship Series Party for 08.
• Add the new members run just as we did tonight. We will try it again in conjunction with the May and September board meeting.
• Kal-Haven Run will be done by Jen.
• Hospitality Tent ­ Carrie can help on Friday of the Klassic. We will need help with the Borgess Run. Jen will be able to help with Borgess.
• Somehow Scott gets the tent and table.
• Ralph will take the mugs and other raffle stuff.
• Carrie will look into getting a new banner.

KAR/BCRR MEMBER DUES BONNIE/RALPH

• Discussion about raising the dues for next year.
• We spent $1100 more than we took in last year. We did buy a tent and some tables.
• We can cap the club balance at $10,000. Once that is reached than dues increase will be discussed again.

DEMONSTRATION OF NEW PA SYSTEM BONNIE

• Bonnie’s new toy. Now her kids can’t say they didn’t hear her.

TURKEY TROT WRAP UP SCOTT

• Improve finish line shoot.
• Restrooms needed. Check on the availability of porta-johns.
• Additional help needed at the sign up.
• Give the runners a raffle ticket upon finishing the race. Then the raffle can begin while results are being tabulated.
• Need to recruit more volunteers. We need about 10 people to run it.

ANNUAL BANQUET ­ FINAL DETAILS CINDI

• Giti providing the food.
• The event is ready.
• The building will be open for set up at 6:00.

PROCESS CHANGES BONNIE

Dissemination of Flyers ­ Carrie, Phil will help with website postings.

Notification of Volunteer Points ­ Marty will notify Joe. The points are awarded for KAR events only.

Race Results for Rundown ­ Joe can provide Marty with some race results.

KAL-HAVEN TRAIL RELAY (final Details) CINDI

• All is going well.
• Girls on the Track are handling the volunteer work.
• Bonnie can bring the PA system.

• Phil showed the title page he has been working on for the web site. Everyone liked it.
