The Kal-Haven Trail Run with take place on March 27th, 2010. This race is only possible through the ongoing support from of our volunteers. Last year we utilized over 20 volunteers and are hoping to recruit even more this year as the event grows. The following opportunities are available. Aid Stations
We are looking for volunteers on Race day to man one of the 11 aid stations located along the course from Kalamazoo to South Haven. This is one of our greatest needs for the race.
• Volunteers needed for 2 hour blocks of time between 7:30am and 3:30pm (start and finish times vary depending on the location of your aid station)
• Primary responsibilities will include cheering on runners and distributing aid station supplies (water, Gatorade, bananas, etc.)
• All volunteers are responsible for transportation to and from aid stations

Bikers
We are looking for one or two bikers to ride the course along with the runners to monitor first and last runner and communicate with the Race Director and Volunteer Coordinator. The biker will need to be available from 8am-3:30pm.

Registration
We are looking for an individual to assist the Race Director in distributing race numbers and t-shirts to participants the morning of the race at the starting point in Kalamazoo between 7-9am.

Results
Volunteer(s) are needed to assist in identifying finish times for participants and will need to be available at the South Haven end point from 11am-3:30pm.

Transportation
Volunteers may be needed to provide transportation for solo finishers back to the start in Kalamazoo. Drivers would need to be available from 11:30am–3:30pm.
